UPDATE: We refunded entry fees for all games in progress during the outage.

BBO was down from approximately 8pm on Tuesday evening until 4am Wednesday morning (US Eastern Time). This was due to repeated hardware failures at one of our main servers. Players were unable to login for most of this time, and many saw database errors and other system errors.

As of Wednesday morning BBO is back and players can login again. Our team is still working on backup servers and recovering after the outage.

We'll prepare refunds for the players who were playing in pay games at the time, once the extent of the damage is known.
