ACBL Challenge is an innovative format on BBO. It brings Challenge-style play into ACBL World, offering a new way to compete and earn ACBL Masterpoints®.
You play a set of 12 one-board head-to-head challenges, each against a different opponent. On every board, both you and your opponent play with and against BBO’s GIBBO robots. Each board is scored BAM-style: win, lose, or tie. You score 2 points for a win, 1 for a tie, and 0 for a loss.
Why play?
Because ACBL Challenge is genuinely new, it may not feel instantly familiar the first time you try it. Don't worry! We have put together an About page with the full details on scoring, timing, and ACBL Masterpoints® awards.

How ong do you have to finish the 12 boards?
There’s no time limit, you can take your time. Just note that if there’s no activity (no bids or plays) for a long time, the session may close automatically.
how do i join??
You can find the game in the Challenge section, or in ACBL World (see at the bottom of the area). You just click on it and start playing 🙂
Hi, is this a game that starts at a specific time? I don't like the fact that you can't get information about the game before you click on the link and have to pay.
This is a game you launch yourself on demand, not a scheduled one. You create your own ACBL challenge, which immediately starts a series of 12 boards against 12 separate opponents.
The tab/filter doesn’t seem to be showing up in ACBL World or Challenges. Has it not started yet?

It's not a filter in the list of games. Click ACBL World, then look at the bottom of the list. There is a button to Start an ACBL Challenge.
