BBO Beta Program - be first to try new features and shape the future

You know BBO better than most. Soon you'll be able to play an important role in how it improves.

We’re starting the BBO Beta Program - a small group of players who will see new features before they are released and give us feedback to improve them.

It’s not about everything being perfect from the start. Some things may look a little different, or even feel a little buggy. That’s where your experience matters: your comments will help us fix problems and make BBO easier to use and more enjoyable for everyone.

How to get involved

The BBO Beta Program will launch very soon. We’ll send you an email inviting you to take part. If you’d like to be a beta tester, simply respond to the email and we’ll add you to the program.

A note from Yohan

I’m Yohan, and I’m part of the team behind the new BBO Beta Program. My job is to make your BBO experience better, easier, clearer, and more enjoyable.

With this program, you’ll have a say in what BBO becomes. By joining, you’ll see new improvements before anyone else, and you’ll be able to share your thoughts with us directly through a special feedback button.

I hope you’ll take part. Together, we can make BBO better than ever.

  1. Thanks everyone for the excitement about the BBO Beta Program.

We’ll be sending out email invitations soon. If you’d like to take part, simply respond to that email and we’ll add you to the program.

To make sure you receive the invitation, please check that you’re subscribed to our newsletter:
Go to Account → Email section → make sure “I agree to receive newsletter and promotional offers from BBO” is ticked, then save if you make any changes.

  2. Would love to be part of new BBO Beta program
I use the Practice area to teach and practice bidding certain treatments and conventions with partner. Will there be changes in that area also?
Feel it is cumbersome to set the parameters.
Love bridge…..has been a savior since being widowed recently.

    1. Appreciate your thoughts, Flo. The team’s taking note of feedback like this as we keep improving the overall experience. 🙂

  3. BBO always trying to do more for players. There are 2 issues I wish would be addressed:

    1. Self evaluations are very poor way to rate players. I think accumulative type scoring would be a big help. Ratings determined by how well you do against better players and mediocre.

    2. Players who jump quickly between tables with no explanation should be shown on profiles.
