Play in the BBO-ACBL Club Championship Games (May 20-26)

During the week of May 20-26 the regular ACBL Speedball MP Pairs at 11:00AM and 3:00PM, and the 8PM Speedball IMP will be upgraded to ACBL Club Championship Games. What does this mean for you?

• There will be Additional Masterpoints® and BB$ prizes for the top five pairs
Five prize winners, will be picked at random among the players taking part
• There is no additional cost, you pay the regular entry fees so be sure to join in and play!

  • Games award more ACBL Masterpoints to top finishers, depending on the total number of tables

The same Conditions of Contest apply to our ACBL Club Championship games as our usual Speedball games.

How to join

  • Click ACBL WORLD and look for "ACBL Club Championship Games" (there's a Search box at the top)
  • There will be three games every day, Monday to Sunday, in the week of May 20-26 starting at 11AM3PM and 8PM US Eastern Time.
  • Log in 10-15 minutes or more before start time so you have time to register. Bring your favorite partner, or find a new partner with the Partnership desk.
  • Games will be visible and open for registration about 2 hours before start time (from 9 AM to 11AM, from 1AM to 3PM and from 6PM to 8PM US Eastern Time).

      1. Hi, just go to the ACBL World section to find the ACBL Club Championships games. You'll see them 2 hours before the tournament starts, so take note of the schedule! 🙂

    1. Hi, it's 12 boards, 3 boards per round. It's 4.5 mins per board so it's approximately 54 mins for the duration of a tourney. 🙂

    1. Every hand is very fast. If you are a slow player do not play speed ball. If you are usually fast, then give it a try.
