We invited our BBO Royals (players who managed to achieve the ranks

etc.) to play in one special tournament on Saturday, November 28.
This monthly event, held on the 28th of each month, celebrates BBO’s elite tournament players by rewarding them with a free tourney that awards BBO Points.

I have put up with and been a defender of BBO's horribly rude manners. Today i was too late by one minute to sign up for the 4:15 game. My fault, not yours..However, i dutifully signed on to the 5:15 and 6:15 games and was unceremoniously bumped from both games. My sister and I are going to try other venues next.
When the big surge for online play exploded in mid tolate March, I tried my best to be patient but, no more. Please fix this gross, deplorable (remember that one!) way of treating your customers.
We deserve better.

I am not seeing my provisional results after completing my daylong tournaments all of a sudden and they have taken my photo off my profile without my permission, can someone please have the decency to explain why or correct the issue at hand.....sincerely,

BBO is unstable for pics at the present time. Perhaps the upcoming maintenance will solve that issue.
