The snow may be falling, and the wind may be howling, but there’s no better place to stay warm and connected than at the bridge table. Join us for Keep Cozy and Play Bridge, running from Saturday, January 25, through Wednesday, February 5.
This special event is packed with exciting games to brighten your winter days - all from the comfort of home. From real-time games to daylong challenges, there’s something for everyone - and plenty of opportunities to win BB$.
One of the event highlights is Clash of the Districts - a fun new challenge for ACBL players! This game is like your usual ACBL Daylong with an exciting twist: play for yourself and represent your District. Top overall players and the Top 3 in each of the winning Districts will earn BB$ prizes - and, of course, fame and glory!
Other highlights not to be missed are two brand new games - Six for All Robot Duplicate, and 7th Heaven Robot Rebate - you can find more details below.
Warm up this winter with something new and fun for ACBL players - Clash of the Districts! You play for yourself, and at the same time contribute to your district’s overall score. You don't need a partner and you can play at your own pace - you have the whole weekend to play your boards. Available for players with up to 750 ACBL Masterpoints, up to 2500 Masterpoints, and Open.

Prefer games that fit into your schedule? Daylongs games are perfect as you have 24 hours to complete the boards. So many players enjoy these games, which results in there being more points up for grabs! For this festival, we’ve added a cozy twist to some of our usual BBO Daylongs and ACBL Daylongs to keep you warm and entertained:
Play 8 boards with Matchpoints scoring and see how you compare with hundreds of players each day. Earn lots of BBO Points and compete for BB$ prizes awarded to the top 10 finishers in each game. The system played is a simple 5-card major, and all bids are fully explained.

Hi. Login to BBO as usual, and click the button with a yellow star called Special Events. You will find all the games there. You can play any you like, they are each standalone sessions - so mix and try any of them.

Thank you for your email re the Special Events competition. I notice there is nothing for Acol players. This is very disappointing. There are no Acol robots either.
