As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer support, be knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Zendesk or similar and be very familiar with the BBO platform.

You'll be working remotely and report to the Customer Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize Zendesk (CRM Software) to manage and track customer interactions and support requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
  • Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Act as a bridge player, demonstrating the ability to mediate and build strong relationships between customers and the company.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience in CRM systems such as Zendesk or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of empathy and patience in dealing with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to quickly learn and proficiently use online gaming platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with the BBO platform.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience and skill in bridge playing.
