The BBOers Août Festival finished yesterday, so let's take a look at who came out top in the premium Stars and Platinum 3 Day Robot Individual. For those who don't know, Stars & Platinum is a tournament where only stars or players with at least 5 ACBL Platinum points can play.
Special congratulations go to Bulent Aslan (
baylind), from Türkiye who claimed the top spot with an overall score of 66.89%. He did a great job over the three days, staying at the top of the leaderboard from Day 1 until the final day. He scored 68.65% on Day 1, 63.33% on Day 2, and an impressive 69.95% on Day 3. His consistent performance is all the more impressive given the quality of the field in this challenging robot game.
In second place was Kevin Lane (
geokevin), a familiar name, with an overall score of 63.26%. Third place went to Bob Wang (
nxw0016) with a score of 61.42%.
