Kai, Morgan, Steve, and Pete's guide to the BXP World Tour
The BXP World Tour is a 6-month international bridge competition played on Bridge Base Online (BBO). It runs from January 1 to June 30 and brings players together from around the world.

Like everything else on the BBO web site last year this is done poorly and amateurishly. While the idea is fine, the realization is quite awful. For example, when I go to see the current standing it says: "The event has not yet started. The leaderboard will be available once the competition begins." Guys you really have to get serious. Don't start something before you think it through, test it properly, etc.

The leaderboard is still in progress due to the size of the data, and the page has now been updated with clearer event information.

Do the scores start over for the Nationals competition or does everyone keep their 10 high scores from the regional competition?

Do you just need two plays over 55% for the first Q or what? Does it matter how high your two qualifiers are for later rounds?
Players who score ≥ 55% on their 10 best results advance to the next phase.

I can't find where the World Tour tournaments are. Why not separate them or make them easy to find?
Hi lvzee, the tournaments are in the Special Events, usually it's pinned at the top so you can find it easily 🙂

Hi, the entry fees are:
- 0.99 BB$ per tourney for Regional qualification phase,
- 1.5 BB$ for the Country qualification phase,
- Free entry for the World Finals
and there are lots of prizes like Exclusive titles (Regional, Country, or World Champion), Dedicated badges, BB$ prizes, Official Certificates, BXP World Tour Trophies, Official BXP merchandise, and other gifts and prizes
If you play 20 times in the qualifying round - what is the total cost? 0.99 or 20 x 0.99
