Free Open NABC Practice Tournament

Get a feel for the NABC Robot Individual format before the real thing. This free 2-day practice tournament runs on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28 and it uses the same individual format as the Summer 2026 Open NABC Robot Individual, but it's free to enter and a bit shorter.

Open to all ACBL members.

Win a Free Entry to the NABC Open Robot Individual

Finish in the Top 3 on either Day 1 (Saturday) or Day 2 (Sunday), or in the Top 5 Overall, and you'll win a free entry to the NABC Open Robot Individual (July 4–6).

  • If you've already registered to the NABC Robot Individual event, your entry fee will be refunded.
  • If you've already won a free entry in a previous practice session, the prize passes to the next eligible finisher.

How It Works

  • 2 days: Saturday June 27 and Sunday June 28
  • 12 boards per day, Matchpoints scoring
  • Each day's session opens at approximately 5 AM ET and closes at 5 AM the next morning. You have up to 24 hours to complete your boards. You can play at any time within that window, but make sure you do not start too late, so you have time to complete your 12 boards.
  • You must play at least 1 board on Day 1 (Saturday) to be able to play on Day 2 (Sunday).
  • You will not be able to start playing on Sunday and "catch up" on the missed Satuday session.
  • Unplayed boards score zero
  • You must play on both days to get your overall result.
