BBO No Ads is moving from weekly billing to a monthly subscription.
The monthly No Ads subscription costs $3.99 per month and removes ads from the free areas of BBO. It is for players who want the regular BBO experience without ads, but don't subscribe to BBO+ or play premium games regularly.
We are rolling out this change gradually over the coming days. Because of this, not everyone will see the same option at the same time.
Why this is changing?
Until now, No Ads has been offered as a weekly option for $0.99 per week.
The new monthly plan costs $3.99 per month. Over a full year, this is slightly less than the previous weekly option, and billing is simpler to manage.
Ads help keep BBO free for many players. At the same time, we know that some players prefer to play without ads. The No Ads subscription keeps the regular BBO experience, just without ads.
What current subscribers will see
If you currently have a weekly No Ads subscription, you will see a prompt in the BBO app asking whether you would like to switch to the monthly plan. The prompt will show the new monthly price and give you the option to subscribe.
Because the rollout is gradual, you may not see this prompt immediately.
How to Go Ad-Free on Mobile
When an ad appears, you will also see an option to go ad-free. Tap the Subscribe button to start a monthly subscription and remove ads.
