Why must everyone play 2/1? What is wrong with SAYC?
I agree completely. I played for years in the local games and was always scoring in the bottom half. I played one time with a fairly new player who only plays SAYC. We now play on line and in one year I have accumulated more points than I did in all my other years playing. More importantly I am enjoying the game more and I am more relaxed and not intimated by playing against those A players with many more points.
