It's time to roar into the Jungle Scratch Race! From July 29-31 the ACBL World area of BBO will play host to a massive bridge safari. Open to everyone, you don't need to be an ACBL member to play. Will you finish up the King of the Jungle and take home the grand prize?

About the ACBL Jungle Scratch Race

You don’t need to be the best to be the King of the Jungle. You need to play consistently. Every win, no matter how minute, earns you a “scratch.” These scratches, even as minor as 0.01 Masterpoints®, help you climb the jungle leaderboard. Every play, and every point, will take you one step closer to being the king of the jungle. Finish first to win an iPad, and finish in the top 30 to take home 10BB$!

How to Participate in the Scratch Race

1. Play in any ACBL games in ACBL World from July 29 until July 31st
2. Do your best to earn masterpoints. Each time you earn masterpoints, regardless of the amount (even as minor as 0.01), it counts as one “scratch.”
3. Every “scratch” you earn between July 29 and July 31 will be automatically tracked in the “Scratch Race”. The frequency of your wins, rather than the total masterpoints earned, will determine your position on the leaderboard.

ACBL membership is not required to play in these games (except for some games with masterpoint requirements).

Be the King of the Jungle and win an iPad

The ultimate winner will be crowned King of the Jungle and will win an iPad!

Eligible Games for the ACBL Jungle Scratch Race

• ACBL Pairs (ACBL Speedballs Pairs, ACBL Open Pairs, ACBL Limited Pairs)
• ACBL Express Individuals
• ACBL Daylongs
• ACBL Robot Duplicates
• ACBL Instant Tournaments (ACBL Instant 100s, ACBL Instant Silver, ACBL Instant Gold, ACBL Instant MPs and IMPs)

Prizes

• The top 30 leaders in the “Scratch Race” will each win 10 BB$
• The winner will be crowned King of the Jungle and will win an iPad. In the event of a tie the winner will be determined based on the best ratio of wins per games played (10 scratches out of 10 games will beat 10 scratches from 100 games)
• Your ranking is determined by the number of “scratches” or wins, not the total masterpoints won.
