Play The Longest Day games from June 22-23 and get the opportunity to support the fight against Alzheimer’s disease AND earn double black points.
The Longest Day is an annual fundraising event held to support the fight against Alzheimer’s disease by the Alzheimer’s Association. The ACBL was an inaugural global partner for this effort, and after 10 years of participating, bridge players have raised more than $9 million! (Funds raised in Canada are donated to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.)
By participating in ACBL Virtual Club games on BBO, you’re not just playing a game – you’re directly contributing to support the fight against Alzheimer's disease. In return, you’ll earn double black Masterpoints® in The Longest Day games.
There's no need to change your schedule to participate in these games and no registration is required. Simply play in your usual Virtual Club game to participate.
Click on “Virtual Clubs” on the main menu then “ACBL – North America” and look for your club.
This opportunity is only available to clubs that have created a Virtual ACBL Club on BBO. If your club hasn’t signed up yet, it’s not too late! Contact VACB@acbl.org. For more details click here to visit the ACBL events page.
