Here’s a letter with an exciting announcement from Julia and Pete Misslin and Steve Moore. We’ll be posting more information later on this week, but in the meantime, get ready for the weekend!

Do you want to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in an event linked to Gatlinburg, America’s Favorite Regional?  Only members of District 7 are allowed this special opportunity.

If you have gone home early or were not able to make it this year, you may still compete in the tournament and earn Gold Points by playing in our online events on BBO. All that while supporting your favorite Regional! 

This special offering is for Gold Rush with the following stratifications: 100/300/750; Mid-Flight with these strats: 1500/3500; and Open with these strats (6000/6000+). These will be two session events starting at 1:00 PM Eastern Time on Saturday, April 22 with the second session at 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, April 23.

You must sign in on BBO using your regular BBO handle and pay for both events at the time you register.  Registration starts no earlier than 24 hours prior to game time on Saturday, April 22. The events are listed as “Gatlinburg Regional OnLine” and shown as 3 separate events (Open/Mid-Flight/Gold Rush). The entry fee is $15/session/person or $30 for the two sessions (paid when you register for the first event). Based on participation, the Director in Charge may be required to modify the number of events.
