In the Country vs Country Championship, the Turkish team proved to be the strongest once again, securing first place with an impressive average player score of 56.84%. Congratulations to the 222 Turkish players who delivered an outstanding performance. The United States team came in second place with 501 players and an average score of 56.66%, while the Polish team finished in third place with an overall score of 56.46%. A huge congratulations to James Streisand (strei1) from Wayland, MA, who has once again proven himself to be a formidable player in the world of bridge. James secured victories in not just one, but two major tournaments this month. He won the Stars & Platinum Robot Individual tournament for the second time, having also taken home the title in December 2022. Additionally, he claimed the top spot in the Country vs Country Championships.
As usual, the survivors tournament was also popular, with over 10,000 participants in each tournament. Special congratulations go to all the prize winners listed below. Well done!
