On Board 7, 3NT+2 is possible. Open 1NT, partner bids 3NT. Trick 1 - West leads QC to KC. Trick 2 - lead 7D to QD ( West takes Ace D). Trick 3 - duck the club return (West wins with 10C). Trick 4 - West plays a diamond(!) which runs to South's Jack. Trick 5 - Finesse the club, drop the 10D, run the spades for 11 tricks
