What are ACBL 299er Daylongs?

This version of the popular ACBL daylong tournaments is restricted to players with fewer than 300 ACBL Masterpoints®.

In a "daylong" game, you can register, play at your own pace, leave the table, then resume the game later during the day without losing your place. You have up to 24 hours to complete your boards, and you see an estimated score after you finish, with the final results/masterpoints sent to you overnight via BBO-mail.

Wyniki

Human Declares
You normally sit South, but will switch to North if your Robot partner is declarer so you can declare the hand. When the hand is over, you switch back to sitting south again.

Deal Pool
All players do not receive the same hands as boards have multiple deals. This is to prevent cheating.

About the robots
The robots used in BBO play a simple and natural 2/1 bidding system. Find out the meaning of a bid by clicking on it in the bidding diagram. When it is your turn to bid, hover your mouse over the possible bids and you will see an explanation of how your robot partner will interpret it. Read these carefully to avoid misunderstandings with your robot partner. You can find out more about the robot's bidding system by clicking here.
