eBridge Cup Online Finals (BBO Session)
The Online Open Finals consist of ten tournaments:
- five tournaments on BBO on Tuesday, August 18
- five tournaments on Funbridge on Wednesday, August 19
Your final score for this phase will be the average of your scores from all ten tournaments.
BBO Session
The BBO session consists of five tournaments of 12 boards each.
The tournaments are available from approximately 1:00 a.m. US Eastern Time (7:00 a.m. Paris time) on Tuesday, August 18.
Please complete all five tournaments before approximately midnight US Eastern Time (6:00 a.m. Paris time on Wednesday).
During the final hour, tournaments will begin closing and scoring. Do not wait until this final hour to play. Allow enough time to complete all four tournaments before the closing process begins.
BBO Tournament Results
You will see a provisional score at the end of each tournament. Your score may change as more players complete their tournaments.
You can check your updated scores at any time in the list of Completed Tournaments.
The final BBO results will be available on Wednesday, August 19, after all five BBO tournaments have closed and scoring is complete. These results will be sent to your BBO Mailbox. You can also find them under History → Recent Tournaments.

Human Declares
If your robot partner becomes declarer, you will play the hand as declarer.
Deal Pool
Not all players will receive the same hands. This is one of the security measures used to help prevent cheating.
About the Robots
The robots use a simple and natural 2/1 bidding system. You can find more information about the robot bidding system by clicking here.
To see the meaning of a bid, click it in the bidding diagram. When it is your turn to bid, hover your mouse over each available bid to see how your robot partner will interpret it.
Fair Play During the Online Finals
Do not share or discuss any boards while the Online Finals are still in progress.
Do not publish screenshots, livestreams or social media posts showing boards from the event until both the BBO and Funbridge sessions have been completed.
